A formula for solutions

In some way or another, we all want solutions to a part of our life that seems difficult. This is what I call my simple formula for solutions.  How + I can = Solutions

Change and monitor your programing (your thoughts). Begin by asking yourself “how” and not in a way that will frustrate you, but rather in a way that induces creativity and curiosity so that you keep an open mind for fresh thoughts and ideas to enter.

He Laughed At My Dreams.

I remember when I had my 1st aha moment, I was watching TV with a guy I had been getting to know better. Inspired by a story on the news we were watching, I realized what I wanted to do with my life and excited to shared my thoughts or rather my new found dream… He laughed.

I know not everyone is going to see or understand my vision and that’s fine. But the moment you tolerate belittlement is the same moment you take strength from your possibilities.

That night I made two choices,
1. I had gotten to know enough of him.
2. I had a new journey to begin.

Don’t be afraid to take a stand on your dreams. Had I not, I would of never discovered and encounter life pleasantries and blessings I get to share & experience daily.

Who we surround ourselves with is vital to our growth. Had I let his laugh intimidate me, I would have probably been sharing a I wish I would of story vs. I did.

Small talk, small acts, smaller people.

Your words are a reflection of who and what you are and the light you give, will be the same light you receive.

So when you start engaging in talks about people that have nothing to do with your journey, life or business… You not only allow yourself to get caught up with people that have small goals or no goals, but you diminish your light. If you want something greater for yourself, don’t allow yourself to get caught up in the small talks, that lead to small acts with small people. If your future matters, surround yourself with people that matter.

Don’t let your mind accumulate with dust, it will only make it harder for you to see, be and receive the light.

Loyalty

What ever it may be, if it is not a priority, it is clearly not important. And if it is not important, then the outcome doesn’t matter. When it comes to life, living and dreams, putting your happiness on hold for the sake of something less meaningless is a waste of time, wishes and hopes. If you don’t start making bold choices, the world cannot respond with bold moves.

Move forward from the heart.

Moving forward from the heart is about trust, faith and love. Too many times we talk ourselves out of the very thing that would make us happy. Taking away our dreams because of fear and doubt and not knowing where the first or last step will lead us.

I say go for it. Live in the moment of being free of what ifs, who’s and cares. Allow yourself to live, learn, heal and let go. To me that is what life is about, finding and creating yourself to fit your dream.

Learn to listen and trust yourself. Take a moment to sit with your heart when crossroads appear and honestly ask it, what should I do.

And when that beautiful and powerful mind your decides to sneak in for advice, ( a tool that is good for calculating and planning) just softly remind it, that it’s not your turn to talk.

I hope you spend this day and every day moving forward from the heart.

The best place to be…

The best place to be, is in the moment of gratuity. It’s the one place where the worries of the past and future have no existence or power to control.

I believe when we let go of what we cannot control, we let in a gift that is more powerful than we can imagine. It is the gift of peace that allows us to relax in a unknown comfort that everything will be all right, because in this moment, everything is.

There are not if, and or but’s, only do, did and done!

Stop putting your dreams on hold because of the lack of funds, tools and hands at reach. Dreams are about discovery in seeing what you are capable of doing and what the world is capable of creating. You think the end result is the prize? Ha! Wait until you take a few steps forward, the real pot of gold is what lies within what you are doing.

What keeps you from your dreams will also keep you away from living life to the fullest. I always meet people that give me the if, ands or butts, of not having what it takes to make a dream a reality so then I ask them,

Is your dream written down?

Have you told anyone about it?

Have you done any research on it?

No, no, and no. Three of the easiest things to do, that requires no if, ands or butts.

Writing it down, gives you a focus point.

Speaking about it gives it a voice and makes it tangible.

Researching creates knowledge, solutions and ideas for the next steps.

So next time you dream, knock the if, and or but’s and make room for the do, did and done!
